Article VII-Power, and Duties     

1. To make and adopt all rules and resolutions as may be necessary or desirable to enable it to exercise the powers and perform the duties conferred or imposed upon it by the provisions of these Bylaws.

2. To enter into contracts and agreements which are necessary, convenient, or useful to carry out the purposes of these Bylaws with any person, public corporation, state or agency or political sub-division therein.

3. To apply for, receive, and use grants, grants-in-aid, donations and contributions from any source, including, but not limited to the Federal Government, any agency or department therein, the State government, any agency or department therein, and to accept and use bequests, devises, gifts and donations from any person.

4. Fiscal year of the SFC will run from July through June.
